Since our products are virtual and digital, we maintain a clear refund policy as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical issue.

  • Non-delivery of a virtual product.

  • Unauthorized transaction or payment error verified by Payoneer or our support team.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind after product delivery.

  • Misuse of a virtual item.

  • Customer’s failure to use the service as described.


2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contact.styleex.store@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
Provide your order number, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
Once reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.


3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
